What languages does the AI support, and how natural does it sound?
+Any language your customers speak. We've built systems running in Greek, English, German, French, Russian, Arabic, and more. The hard part isn't adding a language. It's making each one sound native. We spend most of our time on natural pronunciation, real sentence rhythm, and the AI's ability to stop the moment a customer interrupts. If a name needs the right accent, the accent is there. If the conversation switches mid-call from Greek to English, it switches. That's where most international AI tools lose the game. That's exactly where we focus.
Can it integrate with our CRM, calendar, or booking system?
+Yes. Whichever CRM, calendar, or booking system you already use, the AI connects to it, captures qualified leads, schedules appointments, and writes everything back in real time. If you use something custom or industry-specific, we test the integration during the Identify phase before we commit to building. No manual copy-paste. No missed handoffs.
Technical & Legal Details
▾How does the AI comply with the EU AI Act (Article 50)?
+Article 50 says any AI talking to a human has to disclose it's an AI before the conversation begins. Enforcement starts August 2, 2026. Penalties go up to €15 million or 3% of global revenue, whichever hurts more. We built disclosure into the product from day one. The Avatar Widget shows the AI disclosure on the widget surface before you can start talking. The Voice Agent says it at the start of every call, in the caller's language. Compliance is the baseline, not a feature you pay extra for.
How accurate is the AI, and what stops it from making things up?
+Two layers. First, the AI only answers from your knowledge base: your documents, your services, your pricing context, whatever you give it. We bound the retrieval so it can't go looking somewhere it shouldn't. Second, when the answer isn't there, the AI is trained to say so. It won't guess. It won't invent. The fallback is always: "I don't have that. Let me connect you with someone who does." Before any prompt or model change reaches your customers, it gets tested on real traffic in staging. If accuracy slips, we roll back before promotion.
Can we see audit logs of what the AI said and did?
+Yes. Every conversation is logged turn by turn: what the customer said, what the AI replied, which documents the AI used to form the reply, when the AI escalated to a human, and why. Logs export as CSV or stream live to your own system. Standard retention is 90 days for SMB engagements, longer for regulated industries. You can request deletion at any time per GDPR. If a customer asks for their record to be erased, we erase it within 30 days.
Who owns the data, the prompts, and the avatar if we want to leave?
+You own all of it. Your customer conversations, the documents you gave us, the prompts we wrote together, the trained avatar. Every piece is yours. We act as a Data Processor under GDPR Article 28, never as the Controller. In plain words: we process your data, you control what's done with it. If you decide to leave, we export everything to you within 30 days in machine-readable format. We delete every copy from production within 90 days after that. No prompts kept "for reference." No data used for training other people's models. Ever.
What's your SLA, and what happens if the system goes down?
+Standard uptime target is 99.5% for SMB engagements, 99.9% for growth-tier customers, 99.99% for mission-critical setups. If we breach, you get an automatic service credit on the next invoice. We don't make you ask. When something does go down, the system doesn't go silent: the Avatar Widget shows a static FAQ modal with a "talk to us" handoff, and the Voice Agent routes to a callback queue or your existing IVR. You don't lose the lead because we had a bad hour. P1 incidents get acknowledged inside 15 minutes and resolved inside 30. Every time.
