We never walk into a conversation with a solution already in mind. We ask questions first. We listen. We find out what's actually worth building - and sometimes the honest answer is: not this. We'd rather lose a deal than waste your money on something that won't work.
Real systems. Not demos.
We don't stop at "it works in theory." Every system we build is designed for actual daily operation - tested in real conditions, tuned for your specific workflows, and not considered done until your team is using it without thinking about it.
Built for adoption. Not applause.
Building it is half the job. The other half is making sure it actually gets used. We stay involved through full adoption - training, adjusting, monitoring performance. When we step back, it's not a project anymore. It's just how work gets done.

Before I propose anything, I put myself on your side of the table and ask one question: if this were my business, my money, my risk, would I do it? When the answer is no, I say so clearly.
I was never a developer. No university, no bootcamp. Fifteen years in hospitality and events taught me one rule before anything else: read the person in front of you before you read the situation. Trust is built in the first 90 seconds, or not at all.
I learned by building, through mistakes and persistence. Self-taught, I created Athina, the avatar on our homepage. Talk to her.
