Athina: AI Avatar Specification

This page describes Athina in plain technical and operational terms. Athina is not a demo reel. She is a deployed AI avatar that anyone with an internet connection can interact with, today, on the auttomix.com homepage. She is the same product Auttomix builds for its clients. The proof of what we build, available without a sales call.

What Athina is

Athina is a real-time AI avatar widget embedded on the auttomix.com homepage. A visitor opens the page, clicks the widget, and starts speaking. Athina sees, hears, thinks, and responds within seconds, with a photorealistic face and a natural voice. The conversation is free-form. No button menus. No scripted branches. The visitor asks anything. Athina answers from a curated knowledge base about Auttomix.

How a visit works

1. The visitor lands on www.auttomix.com.
2. The Athina widget appears on the page surface.
3. Before any conversation can begin, the widget renders the AI disclosure required by EU AI Act Article 50. The visitor sees it. The conversation cannot open until it is shown.
4. The visitor clicks to start.
5. Athina greets the visitor and asks how she can help.
6. The visitor speaks. Athina listens, processes, and responds in real time with face and voice. End-to-end latency is in the low seconds.
7. The conversation continues until the visitor ends it or asks for a follow-up. Athina can route to a discovery-call booking link when the conversation indicates the visitor wants to talk further.

Languages

Greek (el-GR) is the production language today. The underlying speech and language stack supports any language. Auttomix expands per-client at build time. Athina's homepage configuration is Greek-native because the auttomix.com primary audience is the Greek market.

Knowledge base

Athina answers from a curated knowledge base about Auttomix: services, three product categories, target verticals, pricing policy ("Let's talk", discovery-call redirect), and general business questions. Questions outside that scope are not answered. Pricing stays off the call; the redirect goes to a discovery-call booking with the founder.

She does not claim to be human. Personal details are never improvised. Competitors are never recommended. The knowledge base is text the company owns and maintains.

What Athina does not do

• -Pricing: specific prices stay off the conversation. Pricing decisions get made on a discovery call where scope is clear.
• -Phone calls: handled by Auttomix's AI Voice Agents, not by Athina. The widget is web-only.
• -Article 50 disclosure: the conversation does not open until the disclosure has rendered. There is no path around it.
• -Competitors and third-party platforms: never named, never recommended.
• -Improvisation: invented client names, case studies, or unverified claims about Auttomix are out of scope. The knowledge base is the source of truth.
